Description
The XDP Powerstroke Basic Solution Kit gives you the necessary components to several common failure items in your 2004-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. Don’t just tear your truck apart over and over to have the same failures down the road. This kit includes an XDP EGR Cooler, and upgraded Ford Oil Cooler along with the gaskets you’ll need to install it.
XDP EGR Cooler
The XDP EGR Cooler Features a durable upgraded design making it the perfect addition to this Solution Kit. The re-designed internal passages have a larger diameter that not only increases flow, it also eliminates the clogging issues found in the factory stuffed fin design. The Upgraded EGR Cooler allows full use and functionality of the EGR System. Designed as a bolt-on upgrade, this EGR Cooler does not require aftermarket tuning, or modifications for installation.
Oil Cooler
XDP’s Basic Solution includes the newest version Oil Cooler for your 6.0L Powerstroke. This Ford Oil Cooler is the direct replacement and has the upgraded design to help minimize chance of cooler failure.
Oil Cooler Screen
The Updated Oil Cooler Screen is also a must-have when replacing the Oil Cooler. The factory screen was made from a cloth material and is known for failing. When the Oil Cooler Screen deteriorates it can come apart and go through your oil system causing significant damage. The Upgraded Oil Cooler Screen Features a stainless steel mesh for a long service life.
Gaskets and Seals
The XDP Powerstroke Basic Solution Kit includes the gaskets you will need to put your truck back together. The intake manifold gaskets,oil cooler gaskets, and turbo bolt and o-ring gaskets are included for a complete installation.
